Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 60th Avenue Southwest, from the south margin of West Stevens Street to the south margin of West Spokane Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, curbing and the laying of a two-plank walk, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 62613, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
