Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Alki Avenue, from West Spokane Street to the south line of Seashore Park 2nd Addition; West Alaska Street, from Alki Avenue to Jacobson Road; and Jacobson Road, from West Alaska Street to the easterly line of Block 3, Jacobson Road, from West Alaska Street to the easterly line of Block 3, Rockaway Beach Addition, by paving and grading where necessary as follows: Alki Avenue, from West Spokane Street to West Alaska Street, to be paved with a sixteen (16) foot concrete roadway on the easterly line thereof, and from West Alaska Street to the south line of Seashore Park 2nd Addition, to be paved with a fourteen (14) foot concrete roadway on each side of the existing graded roadway, leaving approximately fourteen (14) feet in the center of the street unpaved; West Alaska Street and Jacobson Road to be paved with a sixteen (16) foot concrete roadway in the center of the street; Jacobson Road to be graded where necessary, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 63907, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
