Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, from Thistle Street to a point one hundred eighty (180) feet south of Barton Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick, by the construction of armored concrete curbs; by planking where necessary; by constructing temporary wood walks; all in accordance with Resolution No. 5146, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
