Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of West McGraw Street, from Queen Anne Avenue to Queen Anne Boulevard, and from Queen Anne Boulevard to 7th Avenue West; Queen Anne Avenue, from West McGraw Street to West Ray Street; 1st Avenue West, and 2nd Avenue West, each from West Boston Street to West Ray Street; 3rd Avenue West, from West Boston Street to West McGraw Street; 4th Avenue West, 5th Avenue West and 6th Avenue West, each from West Crockett Street to Queen Anne Boulevard; 7th Avenue West, from Queen Anne Boulevard at West McGraw Street to Queen Anne Boulevard at West Ray Street; West Smiht Street, from Queen Anne Boulevard at 1st Avenue West to 3rd Avenue West, and form Queen Anne Boulevard at 5th Avenue West to 7th Avenue West; Warner Place, from 6th Avenue West to the easterly end thereof; Pleasant Place, from 7th Avenue West to the easterly end thereof; Ray Street and West Ray Street, from 1st Avenue North to westerly margin of 2nd Avenue West; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt together with brick gutters, laid upon a proper concrete foundation; provided however, that 3rd Avenue West, between West Boston Street and West McGraw Street, and West Smith Street, between 1st Avenue West and 3rd Avenue West shall be paved with brick; by constructing armored concrete curbs; by the construction, alteration, or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, and watermains, together with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 5172, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
