Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Division Avenue Northwest, from West 65th Street to West 70th Street; 8th Avenue Northwest, from West 70th Street to the north margin of West 75th Street; 9th Avenue Northwest and 10tyh Avenue Northwest, each from West 70th Street to West 75th Street; 11th Avenue Northwest, from West 65th Street to West 70th Street; 12th Avenue Northwest, from West 70th Street to West 75th Street; Eli Avenue Northwest, from West 73rd Street to West 75th Street; 13th Avenue Northwest, from West 70th Street to West 75th Street; 13th Avenue Northwest, from West 67th Street to West 70th Street; West 65th Street, from 8th Avenue Northwest to 14th Avenue Northwest; West 70th Street, from 8th Avenue Northwest to 15th Avenue Northwest; and West 75th Street, from 8th Avenue Northwest to 14th Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, together with necessary wooden crosswalks; by constructing wooden curbs and gutters where necessary; by providing for the necessary surface drainage; by doing such grading, regrading and resurfacing as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5149, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
