Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of the following described property in Denny & Hoyt's Addition: Lots 13 to 21, inclusive, Block 53, lots 13 to 24, inclusive, Block 54; Lots 19 to 24, inclusive, Block 55; Lots 11 to 24, inclusive Block 57; Lots 11 to 24, inclusive, Block 58; Lots 1 to 20 inclusive, Block 67; Lots 1 to 24 inclusive, Block 68; Lots 1 to 17, inclusive, Block 69; Lots 1 to 10 inclusive, Block 70, all in the City of Seattle,, by filling the same as a sanitary measure so as to bring the surface of said property to the elevations herein established, together with the bulkheading thereof; or the filing of the streets abutting upon said private property with earth to serve as bulkheading for the fill upon such private property, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolutions Nos. 5245 and 5252, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a Local Improvement District therefor, and providing that the payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property is said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
