Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Hudson Street, from 37th Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; Dawson Street and Brandon Street, each from 42nd Avenue South to 45th Avenue South; 46th Avenue South, from Brandon Street to Ferdinand Street; 44th Avenue South, from Dawson Street to Ferdinand Street; 45th Avenue South, from a point three hundred (300) feet south of Hudson Street to Ferdinand Street; Bowen Place, from a point three hundred (300) feet south of Hudson Street to Hudson Street; and 43rd Avenue South, from Ferdinand Street to Dawson Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5142, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
