Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of Lane Street, from 7th Avenue South to 10th Avenue South; and of 8th Avenue South and 9th Avenue South, each from Weller Street to Dearborn Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said street and avenues in conformity with the grades established herein; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
