Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Corwin Place, from Dearborn Street to Atlantic Street; and 17th Avenue South from Corwin Place to Atlantic Street, all in the City of Seattle,, by grading, curbing, constructing temporary wood walks and planking and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5063, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
