Introduced as Council Bill 24907

Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Warren Avenue and Warren Place, from First Avenue to Roy Street, John Street, Thomas Street, Harrison Street, Republican Street, each from 1st Avenue North to Warren Avenue, by paving the same with asphalt, together with brick gutters, laid upon a proper concrete foundation; constructing armored concrete curbs; by constructing or reconstructing water mains and sewers with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service, and fire protection of said district, by the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5030 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
