Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North 40th Street, from Stone Way to Woodlawn Avenue; Lucas Place from Stone Way to Interlake Avenue; Interlake Avenue and Ashworth Avenue; each from North 40th Street to North 41st Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, by constructing concrete sidewalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5029, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
