Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 50th Street, from 35th Avenue Northeast to Railroad Avenue Northeast; 37th Avenue Northeast, from East 50th street to Railroad Avenue Northeast; 38th Avenue Northeast, from East 50th Street to East 47th Street; East 48th Street, from Railroad Avenue Northeast, to westerly line of University Annex Addition; East 47th Street, from 38th Avenue Northeast to westerly line of University Annex Addition; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage; all in accordance with Resolution No. 5079, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
