Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Edmunds Street, from Rainier Avenue to 42nd Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regrading, by the construction of wooden curbs and gutters; by the construction of concrete sidewalks with the necessary wooden cross walks; and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 61572, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
