Introduced as Council Bill 216

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Union Street in the City of Seattle from east margin of Front Street to west margin of 2nd Street by paving the same with vitrified brick and by curbing the same with granite curbing, including therewith similar paving and curbing of the alley sidewalk crossing between said points and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
