Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, from Jackson Street to Massachusetts Street; Dearborn Street, from a point two hundred seventy-three (273) feet east of the east margin of 13th Avenue South to Rainier Avenue, all in the City of Seattle,; by paving the same with brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation; the construction of brick gutters or armored concrete curbs; the construction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with the appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district; and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4750, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
