Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Beacon Avenue, from the south line of Section 16, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, W.M., to 39th Avenue South; 39th Avenue South, from Beacon Avenue to Roxbury Street; Roxbury Street, from 39th Avenue South to Carkeek Drive; Carkeek Drive, from Roxbury Street to Henderson Street; and Henderson Street, from Carkeek Drive to 51st Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, together with brick gutters where the grades are less than seven per cent (7%) and by paving the same with brick blocks where the grades exceed seven per cent (7%), all to be laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing armored concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks, together with such temporary wooden walks and planking as may be necessary; providing for the necessary surface drainage; by constructing water mains and fire hydrants necessary for the reasonable water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4956, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
