Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 7th Avenue North from Harrison Street to Aloha Street; all in the City of Seattle,, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district; and by paving with asphalt, together with brick gutters between Harrison Street and Valley Street, all to be laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing armored concrete curbs; by the construction or reconstruction of side sewers necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; by constructing concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4969, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
