Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of Harrison Street from the west margin of 3rd Avenue North to the west margin of 5th Avenue North, of Nob Hill Avenue and 4th Avenue North, between Republican Street and Thomas Street, all in the City of Seattle,; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said street and avenues and for a temporary approach on 3rd Avenue North in conformity with the grades of Harrison Street as established herein, and for the cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said street and avenues, and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
