Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, from a point 22 feet east of 3rd Avenue South to 1st Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by rebuilding sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4957, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
