Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Harrison Street from Westlake Avenue North to Fairview Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with creosoted wood blocks laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with armored concrete curbs; providing for the necessary surface drainage; by constructing concrete sidewalks; by doing such grading and regrading as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4968, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
