Title

An ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of 12th Avenue South from Weller Street to Judkins Street; of Norman Street between 11th Avenue South and 13th Avenue South; of Charles Street between 11th Avenue South and 13th Avenue South; and of Lane Street from 12th Avenue South to a point one hundred (100) feet west thereof; all in the City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said avenue and streets in conformity with such established grades and for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenue and streets; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
