An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West and North Fiftieth Street, from the existing manhole west of Eighth Avenue Northwest to Phinney Avenue; West and North Fifty-first Street, from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Third Avenue Northwest, and from Second Avenue Northwest to Greenwood Avenue; West Fifty-second Street, from Eighth Avenue Northwest to First Avenue Northwest; West Fifty-third Street, from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Third Avenue Northwest; West and North Fifty-fourth Street, from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Third Avenue Northwest and from Terrace Drive to Greenwood Avenue; West and North Fifty-fifth Street, from Fourth Avenue Northwest to Greenwood Avenue; West Fifty-sixth Street and West Fifty-sixth produced, from Third Avenue Northwest to First Avenue Northwest; North Fifty-seventh Street, from Palatine Avenue to Greenwood Avenue; Argyle Place, from First Avenue Northwest to Greenwood Avenue; West and North Fifty-eighth Street, from Third Avenue Northwest to Greenwood Avenue; North Fifty-ninth Street, from First Avenue Northwest to Greenwood Avenue; Third Avenue Northwest, from West Fiftieth Street to West Sixty-fifth Street; Maple Grove Place, from West Fiftieth Street to West Fifty-second Street; Scenic Place, from Third Avenue Northwest to West Fifty-fifth Street; Second Avenue Northwest, from West Fiftieth Street to West Fifty-fourth Street and from West Fifty-fifth Street to West Fifty-sixth Street; Terrace Drive, from Scenic Place to North Fifty-first Street; Woodlawn Circle, from Terrace Drive to First Avenue Northwest; First Avenue Northwest, from North Fifty-first Street to North Fifty-fourth Street, from Argyle Place to West Fifty-sixth Street, and from Ballard Place to West Fifty-ninth Street; Trinity Place, from North Fifty-first Street to North Fifty-fourth Street; Palatine Avenue, from West Fifty-sixth Street to West Fifty-eighth Street; Greenwood Avenue, from North Fiftieth Street to North Fifty-ninth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers and side sewers therein together with all appurtenances necessary for the property sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4929 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
