Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of The Alley in Block Forty-seven (47), J. H. Nagle's Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley between Harvard Avenue North and North Broadway, from East Denny Way to East John Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition File No. 61128, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
