Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of The Alley in Block Fourteen (14), Denny-Fuhrman Addition, being the alley between North Broadway and Tenth Avenue North, from Edgar Street to Hamlin Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition (File No. 61477), creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
