Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of Mary Avenue Northwest from the north line of the Replat of Lots 8, 9, 10, in Block A. Hamlet's Acre Gardens, an Addition to the City of Seattle, to West Sixty-seventh Street; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking, and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessments upon property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
