Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Dallas Avenue, from Tenth Avenue South to Sixteenth Avenue South; of Sixteenth Avenue South and Twelfth Avenue South, each from Dallas Avenue to Donovan Street; of Fourteenth Avenue South, from Dallas Avenue to Director Street; of Tenth Avenue South and Eighth Avenue South, each from Kenyon Street to Trenton Street; of Seventh Avenue South, from Monroe Street to Trenton Street; of Fifth Avenue South from Cloverdale Street to Trenton Street; of Kenyon Street, from Eighth Avenue South to Tenth Avenue South; of Monroe Street and Elmgrove Street, each from Seventh Avenue South to Eighth Avenue South; of Southern Street, Rose Street, Thistle Street and Sullivan Street, each from Seventh Avenue South to Dallas Avenue; of Cloverdale Street and Donovan Street, each from Fifth Avenue South to Sixteenth Avenue South; and of Trenton Street, from Fifth Avenue South to Tenth Avenue South, and approaches thereto, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets and avenues and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades and necessary for the construction of slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets and avenues and approaches thereto; and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
