Introduced as Council Bill 24255

Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Eloise Terrace, from Newton Street to McGraw Street; Waverly Place, from Newton Street to the north line of Westlake Boulevard Addition; and Crockett Street, from Westlake Avenue North to Dexter Avenue, all in the City of Seattle; by grading and regrading the same; by constructing wooden curbs and gutters; by constructing concrete sidewalks with the necessary wooden cross walks and concrete stairways; by providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4955 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds."
