Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Alley, Block 11, Wallingford's Division of Green Lake, being the alley between North Fifty-first Street and North Fifty-second Street, from Woodlawn Avenue to Wallingford Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4855 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
