Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Forty-second Avenue Northeast, from a point two hundred twenty (220') feet south of the south margin of East Forty-fifth Street to East Forty-fifth Street; of Forty-third Avenue Northeast from the north margin of East Forty-fourth Street to East Forty-fifth Street; of East Forty-fifth Street from Fortieth Avenue Northeast to Forty-fifth Street and approaches thereto, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said Avenue and Street and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades and for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenues and streets and approaches t hereto and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be made by special assessment upon the property especially benefited in the manner provided by law.
