Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Massachusetts Street, from Frink Boulevard to Lake Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, by the construction of wooden curbs and gutters, and temporary wood walks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4861, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
