Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast, from the south margin of East Thirty-fifth Street to the north margin of East Northeast to the east margin of Fiftieth Avenue Northeast; Forty-seventh Place Northeast and Forty-eighth Avenue Northeast, from Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast to East Thirty-ninth Street; East Thirty-eighth Street, from Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast to a line drawn at right angles to the center line of East Thirty-eighth Street, from a point six feet southwesterly from the easterly corner of Lot Twenty, Block Five, Laurelhurst Heights Addition; Fiftieth Avenue Northeast, from East Thirty-ninth Street to East Forty-first Street; East Forty-first Street, from Fiftieth Avenue Northeast to Fifty-fifth Avenue Northeast; and Fifth-fifth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-first Street to East Forty-fifth Street; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same which asphalt, together with brick gutters, laid upon a proper concrete foundation where the grades are less than 6%, and paving the same with concrete where the grades exceed 6%; by constructing armored concrete curbs and concrete sidewalks where necessary; by providing for the necessary surface drainage; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary, all in accordance with Majority Petition, File No. 60387, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
