Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fiftieth-Avenue Northeast, from East Thirty-ninth Street to East Forty-first Street; East Forty-first Street, from Fiftieth Avenue Northeast to Fifty-fifth Avenue Northeast; Fifty-fifth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-first Street to East Forty-fifth Street; and East Forty-third Street, from Fifty-fifth Avenue Northeast to Lake Washington, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein sewers and side sewers with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4899 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
