Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifty-first Avenue South, from Rose Street to Roxbury Street; Fifty-second Avenue South, Fifty-third Avenue South, Fifty-fourth Avenue South, and Fifty-sixth Avenue South, each from Rainier Avenue to Roxbury Street; Fifty-fifth Avenue South, from Fletcher Street to Roxbury Street; Roxbury Street, from Fifty-first Avenue South to Fifty-seventh Avenue South; Fletcher Street, from Renton Avenue to Fifty-first Avenue South, and from Fifty-third Avenue South to Fifty-seventh Avenue South; Rainier Avenue, from Fifty-first Avenue South to Fifty-seventh Avenue South; Barton Street, from Fifty-first Avenue South to Rainier Avenue, all in The City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage; and including as apart of this improvement the construction of wood walks and planking on Fifty-first Avenue South, from Rose Street to Rainier Avenue, and on Rainier Avenue from Fifty-first Avenue South to Fifty-seventh Avenue South; all in accordance with Resolution No. 3892 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
