Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Green Lake Way and West Green Lake Way, being a continuous street, from a point four hundred twelve and five-tenths (412.5) feet north of the intersection of Interlake Avenue and North Fifty-fifth Street to the east margin of Woodland Park Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, together with brick gutters, laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by construction armored concrete curbs' by the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction, reconstruction or alteration of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4619 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
