Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-fifth Avenue South, from King Street to a point ninety (90) feet north of Jackson Street; and Jackson Street, from Thirty-fourth Avenue South to Thirty-fifth Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by grading, construction of curbs and gutters, together with concrete walks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4829 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
