Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twentieth Avenue Northeast and Twenty-first Avenue Northeast, each from East Forty-fifth Street to the north margin of East Fiftieth Street; East Forty-fifth Street, from the west margin of Twentieth Avenue Northeast to the east margin of Twenty-first Avenue Northeast; East Forty-seventh Street and East Fiftieth Street, each from Nineteenth Avenue Northeast to Twenty-first Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, together with brick gutters, laid upon a proper concrete foundation where the grades are less than seven per cent (7%), and by paving the same with brick blocks laid upon a proper concrete foundation where the grades exceed seven per cent (7%), by constructing all side sewers necessary for the proper sewerage of said district, by planking where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4833 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
