Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Stroud Avenue, from a connection to the trunk sewer on East Green Lake Way to North Eighty-second Street; and North Eightieth Street, from Stroud Avenue to Meridian Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein sewers of proper materials and dimensions together with all wyes, openings, catch basins, manholes, flush tanks and all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, including the construction of side sewer connections where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4790 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
