Introduced as Council Bill 23934

Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Bradner Place, from Massachusetts Street to Grand Street; and Twenty-ninth Avenue South, from Grand Street to Holgate Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4872 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
