Title

An ordinance establishing a suitable route nine (9) feet in width for an overhead viaduct and bridge for foot passengers, extending along the south side of Yesler Way, from the westerly margin of Railroad Avenue, and thence over and across Railroad Avenue to the westerly margin thereof; providing for the establishing of the grades of said viaduct and bridge; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the construction and maintenance of said viaduct and bridge; and providing for the payment of the cost of said improvement.
