Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Valley Street, from Westlake Avenue North to Minor Avenue North; Fairview Avenue, from the south margin of Mercer Street on the east to Valley Street; and Southlake Avenue, from Valley Street to the north margin of Almy Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing armored concrete curbs where necessary; by the construction and reconstruction of all sewers and watermains with such appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary' by such grading or regrading as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4682, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
