Introduced as Council Bill 23879

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 5th Avenue North, from the north margin of Harrison Street to the north margin of Aloha Street, all in the City of Seattle,, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing armored concrete curbs; by the construction, reconstruction or alteration of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by the construction, reconstruction, or alteration of all sewers, side sewers, and water mains, by constructing watermains and all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by doing such grading and regrading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4807, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
