Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue, from the north margin of Madison Street to the south margin of Washington Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing a concrete seawall on a pile foundation with a protection of riprap; by paving the same with brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by grading and filling the same; by the construction of sewers and concrete sidewalks, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4851, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
