Introduced as Council Bill 95

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of certain portions of Jackson, South 6th, and South 7th Streets, (said portion of said street forming continuous roadway with angles therein) from east side of the intersection of South Fifth and Jackson Streets to the north side of the intersection of Weller and South 7th Streets, by replanking the said portion of said streets, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
