Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Horton Street, from 1st Avenue South to a connection with existing pavement on Whatcom Avenue, by paving the same with brick laid upon proper concrete foundation; by constructing brick gutters, granite curbs and side sewer connections where necessary; grading and filling where necessary, together with their appurtenances as necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4679, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
