Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 16th Avenue South and 17th Avenue South, each from Beacon Avenue to Hanford Street; McClellan Street, Forrest Street and Stevens Street, each from Beacon Avenue to 16th Avenue South; Winthrop Street, from 17th Avenue South to 16th Avenue South; by paving with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with the construction of brick gutters, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4768, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
