Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 14, Maynard's Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley from Jackson Street to Main Street between 2nd Avenue South and 3rd Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4547, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
