Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Tenth Avenue, from East Spring Street to East Pine Street; Broadway Court, from East Madison Street to East Union Street; East Olive Street from Eleventh Avenue to Twelfth Avenue; East Pine Street from Nagle Place to Thirteenth Avenue; East Union Street from Broadway to Thirteenth Avenue; East Seneca Street from Broadway Court to East Madison Street; East Madison Street from Broadway to Thirteenth Avenue; Eleventh Avenue from East Madison Street to East Pine Street; and Twelfth Avenue from East Madison Street to East Pine Street; all in the City of Seattle; by paving the same with brick; East Spring Street from East Madison Street to Fourteenth Avenue; Eleventh Avenue from East Marion Street to East Madison Street; Eleventh Avenue from East Marion Street to East Madison Street; Twelfth Avenue from East Pine Street to East Olive Street; and Thirteenth Avenue from East Marion Street to Eat Union Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt; and Twelfth Avenue from East Jefferson Street to East Madison Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with wood block; all pavement laid upon a proper concrete foundation with armored concrete curbs; the construction of concrete walks; construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, and water mains with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, and the construction of the necessary cluster light system; all in accordance with Resolution No. 4753, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
