Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Baker Avenue, from Ross Place to West Forty-fifth Street; Second Avenue Northwest and First Avenue Northwest, each from Bowdoin Place to West Forty-fifth Street; Palatine Avenue, from West Forty-second Street to West Forty-sixth Street; North and West Fortieth Street, Ross Place, and North and West Forty-third Street, each from Greenwood Avenue to Third Avenue Northwest; West Forty-forth Street, from First Avenue Northwest to Third Avenue Northwest; West Forty-second Street, Third Avenue Northwest to Second Avenue Northwest; and North Forty-second Street, form Navy View Place to Greenwood Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4412, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
