Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Alki Avenue, from Rhode Island Street to Northern Terminus of Sixty-third Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, filling, bulkheading, planking, constructing sidewalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and the necessary adjustments to existing trestle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4796, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
