Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 14th Avenue, from Yesler Way to East Alder Street, East Spruce Street, from 12th Avenue to 15th Avenue; East Alder Street, from 13th Avenue to 14th Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation; with brick gutters, concrete curbs with armored concrete or granite corners, and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, watermains and their appurtenances, as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 4637, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
